Cases

We had the opportunity to work on the concept model of a hydrogen cassette tank developed by Teijin Engineering Co., Ltd.
ARRK provides support to our customers in design, engineering, and prototyping. This involves a portable power generation device that uses hydrogen, which is gaining attention as the next-generation energy source. Fuel cells like this one are expected to find applications in various fields in the future.
We had the privilege of working on the concept model for the fuel cell unit developed by Teijin Corporation and the pressure container unit for supplying hydrogen.

The outer design of an electric three-finger robot hand
The hand, motor, and controller are integrated into one unit, allowing for gripping force, operating speed, and position control using a servo system with a stepper motor. This product achieves a firm and precise grip on a variety of objects.
FUJI Corporation
ARRK was responsible for the exterior cover design of the show model of Fuji Corporation's multi-joint robot SmartWing. Later, the design evolved into a production model.
Transfer support robot Hug L1
ARRK assisted with the design of FUJI Corporation's transfer support robot, Hug L1. This robot is designed to support movements between seated positions, such as transferring from a bed to a wheelchair or a wheelchair to the restroom, as well as assisting with standing in dressing rooms in caregiving settings.
JTEKT Corporation
ARRK provided total support, from redesigning existing products to design, prototyping, and mass production, for J-TEKT's power assist suit "J-PAS LUMBUS." This suit is designed to reduce the burden on the lower back in various work environments and features control technology developed by J-TEKT in electric power steering, along with a mechanism that can harmonize with human movement, allowing it to adapt to a wide range of tasks.
JTEKT Corporation
This is a self-propelled training robot designed with the aim of improving walking ability and extending healthy lifespan. It offers three modes「Arm Swing Training」「Resistance Training」「Assisted Walking」allowing users to choose the most suitable training based on their level of independence and daily physical condition. We assisted in the design, engineering, and prototyping of this product.
