Sheet metal fabrication is a process that involves cutting, bending, hole punching, and welding thin sheets of metal to create the desired shapes. It is used to manufacture a wide range of products, including large components for automobiles and aircraft, as well as household appliances like refrigerators, washing machines, microwaves, and office equipment.
At ARRK, we possess the expertise to provide various sheet metal prototype components, from individual parts to assemblies.
Thanks to our established material stock and partnerships with factories, we can ensure rapid delivery times. We can handle entire projects alongside plastic components. Even for projects considered challenging or those where material availability is a concern, which may have been difficult for other companies to handle, please don’t hesitate to contact us.

Whether it’s a compact car or a large SUV, we can create prototype bodies for one vehicle and beyond.
We are equipped to manufacture sub-assemblies of various sizes to meet your needs.
We can produce prototype frames for large SUVs and small pickups, even those with lengths of around 6 meters.
We can create a wide range of exterior panel parts, including side outer panels, hoods, doors, roofs, trunks, and back doors.
From sub-assemblies of hoods, doors, trunks, and back doors to hemming, we offer a full range of closure part manufacturing.
We can perform cold pressing for ultra high-strength steel sheets and manufacture hot pressed parts. Additionally, we can create parts using tailored blanks made by laser welding different materials together. Our in-house capabilities cover blank material production to the final product.
We provide comprehensive services from press forming thick parts to welding assembly. We can also work with the Full-Curl method to create pipe shapes through pressing flat plates.
We also cater to trim part manufacturing, including steering members and more.
We offer molding TRY at low cost without the need for new mold production.
• Car part samples in A4 size (engine covers, hood covers, etc.).
• Flat panel production in various sizes (up to 900mm × 1400mm).
Using simple tooling, laser equipment, and the expertise of skilled craftsmen, we excel in producing small batch production parts at a scale of a few hundred units per month.
We manufacture floor sub-assemblies for ramp-type welfare vehicles, with a monthly production capacity of 100 to 200 units. We create two types of floors using a single assembly fixture. Quality assurance is conducted through thorough inspections using check gauges at every point, both during the manufacturing process and quality assurance process.
In addition to more than 20 basic specifications, we also accommodate individual specifications. Our commitment to flawless craftsmanship has led to accolades from our clients.
We specialize in creating various components for emergency vehicles, which primarily involve modifying existing vehicles.
